3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

  • Ordering process:
    You can select products from our range and add them to your cart. As soon as you click "Checkout" and complete your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

  • Conclusion of contract:
    The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and that the products are being prepared for shipment.

  • Availability:
    Our offers are non-binding. Should a product no longer be available, we will inform you promptly and cancel the order if necessary. In this case we will refund any amounts already paid in full.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices:
    All prices shown are final prices and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are charged separately and are visible before completing your purchase.

  • Payment:

5. Shipping and Delivery

    You can enter a different delivery address if you'd like the parcel sent to another person or address.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

    You have the right to withdraw from your order within 45 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Withdrawal must be made in writing by email to support@trykinoko.co.

  • Exceptions:
    Products that have been opened for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened food or supplements) are excluded from this right of withdrawal.

  • Returns:
    In the event of withdrawal or return, you must send the goods back unused and in their original packaging. You bear the return shipping costs unless we made an error with the delivery.

  • Refunds:
    After receiving your return we will refund the purchase price, less any return shipping costs, within 45 days.

7. Warranty and Liability for Defects

    Statutory warranty rights apply. Should a product be defective or faulty, you have the right to make a claim within the statutory period. We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on unopened products if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

    Please check the products you receive immediately for completeness and condition. Defects must be reported to us within 45 days of receiving the goods.
